Library

Palm Elementary is very fortunate to have such a beautiful library filled with books wall-to-wall and from floor-to-ceiling.  Students enjoy visiting the library during their weekly designated time, during recess, or while participating in their AR party.  Our Media Clerk, Ms. Lisa, has brought the love of reading to all of our students, from preschool to 5th grade.  

Students come to library to select books for the week, to hang out with friends during recess, and to read on cozy furniture throughout the library.  Ms. Lisa has created a safe space where students enjoy spending their time while fostering a love of reading.

At Palm, students have an opportunity to earn AR points throughout the year.  The top readers from each class are invited to an AR party each month.  Students are eager to earn points and want to be part of this event.

Our Scholastic Book Fair takes place 2-3 times per year and our families enjoy purchasing various books, trinkets, and gadgets from our fairs.
